Must be comfortable working with adolescents. **Responsibilities** * Design and deliver classes according to Fatore's schedule and methodology; * Welcome students and parents * Enter grades and absences into the system * Support coordination on department-related matters * Achieve minimum attendance target * Foster student engagement * Call absent students and/or contact responsible parties as required per case. * Demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence to navigate adverse situations; **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Specific knowledge in the field * University degree in Technology, Languages, or Pedagogy is a plus * Excellent active listening skills * Strong organizational skills **Additional Information:** * Fixed Salary: BRL 1600.00 + Bonus * Meal Voucher * Access to Total Pass * Flexible Working Hours * Birthday Day Off * Corporate e-learning platform for employees * Incentive programs Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 1,600.00 - BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
