If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey of opportunities, development, and strong collaboration to propel you toward an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate the DevSecOps and AppSec teams, support squads/champions, and integrate security into the development lifecycle. Define security guidelines, standards, and practices for applications, APIs, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows. Support the implementation and evolution of application security tools including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, API security, and bot/abuse protection. Collaborate with squads to prioritize, remediate, and prevent vulnerabilities in systems. Promote a security-by-design culture, shift-left practices, and shared responsibility across technology teams. Define maturity metrics, coverage, vulnerability counts, recurrence rates, and mean time to remediation. Support technical governance for application risks, critical integrations, and applicable regulatory requirements. **The selection process for this position may require an extended timeframe for completion, with an expected conclusion by the end of 2026**. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, application architecture, or software security. Knowledge of OWASP, API security, CI/CD pipelines, code analysis, and vulnerability management. Experience with application security tools and integration into agile processes. Understanding of modern architecture, microservices, cloud environments, APIs, and secure development practices. Proficiency with all SAST/DAST/SCA tools (with emphasis on concepts and adoption). **Preferred Qualifications** MBA in Business Management, IT Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Innovation Management, or related fields.
