We value Diversity and are committed to promoting inclusion and equity across our teams.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Operations Management (Soft Services):*** Plan, schedule, and ensure execution of cleaning, landscaping, pest control, water tank sanitation, and drinking fountain/white goods sanitation/maintenance schedules across assigned locations; ***Financial Routines & SAP:*** Perform monthly billing closing for multiple suppliers, ensure validation of measurements, and issue purchase orders (POs) via SAP within operational deadlines; ***Ticket Management (ServiceNow):*** Actively handle and triage service requests (SPOT), ensuring prompt vendor engagement at the field level; ***Quality and Compliance:*** Monitor customer satisfaction indicators (CSAT), record and address non-conformities (RNCs), and ensure 100% of mandatory certificates (e.g., potability, pest control) remain up to date; ***Environmental Support:*** Validate waste collection measurements from waste management providers, support SPOT collection requests, and track receipt of environmental documentation (e.g., DMRs); ***Sourcing and Partnerships:*** Support quotation processes (Bids) for new services and maintain ongoing alignment with the Procurement team to validate partners; **External Visits and Alignment Activities:** Site visits to select locations, training sessions, and in-person meetings provided by the company (occasional, aligned with leadership). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets / Excel) for data analysis and reporting; ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Prior experience managing Facilities remotely or regionally; * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP); * Knowledge of KPI and SLA monitoring for service providers; * Openness to adopting new technologies and AI-powered tools to optimize administrative routines, automate repetitive tasks, and improve response efficiency to service requests; * Basic knowledge of environmental legislation and sanitary surveillance regulations applicable to Facilities. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)**. * Ability to manage multiple processes and different locations simultaneously without missing deadlines; * Ease in navigating between technical operations (vendors) and the corporate environment (internal stakeholders); * Strong sense of urgency to respond to service requests and resolve daily operational contingencies; * Attention to detail when finalizing contracts and financial measurements to prevent billing errors; * Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and peer departments. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that Grupo Boticário is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
