Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating equipment, organizing examination rooms, managing the physician's schedule, welcoming patients, and maintaining the ultrasound department's environment and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Ultrasound equipment operation and maintenance 2. Organization and restocking of materials for patient care 3. Comprehensive support to physicians and patients during examinations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 2-hour break; Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Power on and off ultrasound department equipment and gel heaters, inspecting for any damage or operational failure, and immediately reporting issues to coordination; 2\. Restock disposable gowns in examination rooms and send used gowns to laundry after each use; 3\. Restock supplies and weekly request replenishment items from the warehouse to prevent shortages and ensure uninterrupted patient care; 4\. Clean equipment according to institutional protocols and maintain equipment and furniture; 5\. Manage the physician’s appointment schedule and patient visits to enhance efficiency and safety in patient care; 6\. Welcome patients in accordance with institutional guidelines; 7\. Accompany patients throughout all stages of examinations and remain in the room when requested by the physician; 8\. Participate in training sessions, courses, and lectures offered or organized by the institution for personal and collective development, aiming at continuous service improvement; 9\. Verify images and reports before delivering them to patients; 10\. Sanitize and refill ultrasound gel in dispensers within the department; 11\.
