Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented Traffic Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and performance. We seek an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented professional responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and performance. **\*Key Responsibilities\*** \* Plan, create, and manage campaigns on \*Google Ads\* and \*Meta Ads\*. \* Monitor campaign performance, tracking metrics such as \*CPC, CPL, ROI, and ROAS\*. * Develop campaigns for Search Network, Display Network, and Performance Max. * Optimize sales pages and landing pages to increase conversion rates. * Conduct performance analysis and propose continuous improvements to maximize campaign performance. * Prepare monthly reports with KPIs, investments, and campaign results. **\*Requirements\*** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \* Experience managing campaigns on \*Google Ads\* and \*Meta Ads\*. * Knowledge of performance metrics and campaign optimization. * Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation. **\*Desired Profile\*** * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Proactivity and organization; * Logical thinking; * Results orientation; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **\*Job Details\*** \*Location:\* Água Rasa – East Zone of São Paulo \*Work Model:\* Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) \*Employment Type:\* Individual Contractor (PJ) \*Compensation:\* \*R$ 3\.000,00\* **\*Benefits\*** * Wellhub * Starbem * Dasa * Avus * Partnerships with educational institutions * Incentive programs If you are passionate about performance marketing, data analysis, and paid media strategies, join Web Industrial Automation and contribute to the growth of our results!
