WORK HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute vehicle transfer processes, including document verification, tracking process stages, and validating information against internal systems and competent authorities; * Execute vehicle regularization processes, including document analysis, tracking pending items, and requesting necessary adjustments from competent authorities and customers; * Proactively support customers in resolving service-related requests and issues, managing each case end-to-end to ensure agility, clarity of information, and customer satisfaction; * Visit competent authorities—such as DETRAN—as needed to monitor and resolve pending matters related to clients’ vehicle processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience as a traffic agent * Experience with DETRAN * Customer service experience * Proactive profile with problem-solving orientation * Valid driver’s license (CNH) Compensation: R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection questions: * Do you hold a valid driver’s license (CNH)? * Do you have experience as a traffic agent and with DETRAN?
