Job Summary: The Tracking Analyst monitors vehicles, intervenes in operational deviations, analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides direct support to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to operations and branch managers **TRACKING ANALYST POSITION** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle operations in real time via tracking platforms (3S; Autotrac; Trimble) * Monitor and intervene in operational deviations (e.g., speeding, engine idling time, and other non-conformities) * Collect and analyze operational data (traffic violations, driver performance, etc.) * Prepare management reports for decision-making; provide direct support to operations and branch managers * Schedule and manage installation and maintenance of tracking equipment * Prepare vehicle estimated arrival time reports for customers **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel * Knowledge of Power BI **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00 **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher: BRL 23.00 per workday * Transportation Allowance: BRL 10.80 per workday * Basic Food Basket: BRL 225.00 per month * Educational Partnerships: Estácio, Grau Técnico, and Uniateneu * Health Insurance: Available after 3 months, with 80% of the premium covered by the company Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
