Our team produces research reports, investment recommendations, and educational content that assist thousands of clients in making informed investment decisions. **About the position:** We are seeking an intern to join our Research team, with a focus on Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) and Fixed Income assets. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop fundamental analysis skills, gain deep understanding of the capital markets, and participate daily in a highly technical and dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:** Support research and market monitoring of REITs (equity and paper-based) and Fixed Income instruments (debentures, CRIs, CRAs, among others). Assist in financial analysis and modeling of funds and issuers, including cash flow, leverage, and risk-return metrics. Contribute to ongoing monitoring of house recommendations, tracking performance, material events, transactions, and scenarios. Participate in preparing reports, presentations, videos, and materials for internal and external use (REIT reports, credit reports, recommended portfolios, market commentary). Utilize databases (Bloomberg, market platforms, internal spreadsheets, etc.) for data collection, organization, and processing. Support the creation of content for live sessions and other EQI Research materials as needed. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (from the 4th semester onward, preferably). * Interest in financial markets, especially REITs and Fixed Income. * Advanced Excel skills, with solid foundation in financial modeling and data analysis. * Analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring sound arguments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to collaborate in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Availability for an in-person internship in São Paulo (Faria Lima region). * Intermediate English (reading reports and technical materials). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience (internship, scientific initiation, finance student association, or similar) in Research, Asset Management, or investment-related areas. * Familiarity with programming (VBA, Python, or similar) for automating routines and processing databases. **What We Offer:** Fixed Salary; Meal/Voucher Allowance of BRL 1.918; Transportation Voucher; Partner discounts via Benup; If you identify with our company and meet the requirements above, apply now!
