Preparation for registration with MAPA and technical support at the interface between clients and factories. Mapping of R&D processes. Improvement of R&D workflows and processes. Preparation of reports and product databases for critical analysis. Drafting of regulatory documents. Updating of Lists and Technical Specifications, as well as Work Instructions (creation of new products, portfolio improvements, cost reduction, and adjustments per legislation). Mapping and improvement of technical lists and specifications management processes. Handling audit requests at factories involving Technical Specifications. Assisting in updating the Raw Materials Manual. Monitoring product testing. Scheduling tests at the plant. Presenting reports to the R&D Coordination team. Developing alternative suppliers for raw materials. Studying and developing projects for process cost and loss reduction. Previous experience as an Innovation Specialist, R&D Coordinator, Market Researcher, or Product Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
