**Job Benefits;** R$2.300,00 \+ 20% hazard pay, Unimed health and dental insurance, on-site cafeteria with breakfast and lunch (monthly deduction of R$ 15.00\), product discounts, life insurance, chartered bus service (if residing in Gravataí), benefits card for purchases, and a birthday gift card worth R$ 50.00 for products. **Description of duties to be performed by the professional;** Verify compliance, cleaning, and sanitation of production and support areas; monitor uniform cleaning and personal hygiene of employees; oversee quality and food safety practices throughout the entire production process; verify and record adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); inspect receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials, ensuring compliance with established standards; support control and updating of technical documentation related to quality and food safety; assist in monitoring quality control tests and analyses; record non-conformities and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions directly within the production process; assist in training employees on quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; maintain organized records and files of inspections, reports, and forms; assist in internal and external audits by providing data and documents upon request; and monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and food safety regulations. **Requirements;** Work as a Nutrition and Quality Technician, applying knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with basic understanding of food safety, organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills and ability to guide teams.
