Provide operational support to the new projects team during implementation and Hypercare, ensuring agility and organization in the procurement workflow: control of requisitions/purchase orders, documentation, follow-up on pending items, and tracker updates — contributing to go-live readiness, compliance, and initial operational stability.
Perform standardized routines and operational control of the workflow, supporting the Analyst/Supervisor.
Responsible for organizing evidence, status tracking, and follow-up on pending items — essential for weekly project governance.

**Requirements**

**What are the requirements?**
* Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus).
* Administrative/operational experience in procurement/supply chain/related functions (preferred).
* Basic/intermediate Excel skills; experience with Oracle and/or other internal systems/controls is a plus.
**Responsibilities**

**Your main responsibilities will include:**
**Operational support for project workflow**
Support creation, verification, and follow-up of requisitions and purchase orders in the system, ensuring correct completion, attachments, and approvals.
Monitor deadlines and approvals, flagging potential delays.
Support collection and organization of required information/documents for categories and the project (e.g., CRE descriptive memorandum, operational data, input lists, and scope annexes).
**Document organization and compliance**
Maintain an organized project repository containing evidence: quotations, comparison analyses, approvals, supplier documents, and contractual versions.
Support supplier registration/onboarding/qualification, tracking pending documentation and required validations.
**Trackers, follow-up, and support for weekly governance**
Update trackers at defined intervals, reflecting actual status, pending items, and next steps.
Conduct follow-up on pending items with internal departments and/or suppliers, ensuring visibility into bottlenecks affecting the workflow.
Support preparation of the weekly open-items meeting, ensuring necessary information is available for accurate status reporting.
**Hypercare**
Support backlog management of pending items during Hypercare and update statuses for the project team.
Promptly escalate critical items impacting operations (delays, discrepancies, missing documentation, registration pending items).
**Transition — Handover to Operations**
Prepare a structured handover post-Hypercare to the operations team, including suppliers, contracts/SLAs, key contacts, final pending items, and lessons learned.
