Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the bus fleet and drivers' shifts, ensuring efficient execution of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Operational planning and monitoring of the bus fleet. 2. Strict control of drivers' working hours and operational compliance. 3. Monitoring and adjustment of scheduling to optimize service. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12x36, 07:00\-19:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Verify daily bus availability to plan and inform the client in order to meet scheduling requirements. 2\. Check fleet availability and operationalize it, as well as monitor operational fleet changes. 3\. Confirm operations by phone with drivers of each shift in two stages: during the preceding shift and one hour before the operation begins. 4\. Confirm the driver's full fitness to perform the operation and record the driver’s acknowledgment in the shift schedule spreadsheet. 5\. Assist the immediate supervisor in controlling drivers’ working hours, respecting operational limits. 6\. Assess fleet requirements per route and allocate buses, developing scheduling with maximum fleet utilization. 7\. Adjust bus scheduling and ensure adherence to the service level agreed upon with the client. 8\. Monitor bus arrivals and departures at the client’s location or designated site, and track timeliness according to the scheduled plan. 9\. Prepare drivers’ work schedules, verifying working hour controls, hours worked, breaks, and mandatory rest periods, as well as tracking their progress along the assigned route. 10\. Conduct 100% of breathalyzer tests before the start of operations and after returning. 11\. Provide various operational control forms and supervise their complete and accurate completion. 12\. Fill out the billing spreadsheet daily, entering bus license plate data and indicating unallocated bus availability, then send it to the contracting party for receipt. 13\. Complete the mileage control spreadsheet, comparing actual mileage against billing targets per bus type to feed the productivity program. 14\. Collect daily mileage data and submit it to the client every five days; submit consolidated biweekly mileage reports to the parent company’s billing department. 15\. Communicate internally with Maintenance regarding bus availability and need for stops; with Safety regarding information exchange; and with Drivers to convey shift schedules and operational plans. 16\. Monitor fueling, washing, and hygiene of buses. 17\. Control and report maintenance issues to the supervisor. 18\. Actively participate in and implement REMENs, DSSs, DDSs, and other operational trainings whenever summoned. 19\. Ensure tax documentation required for operations is available in the vehicle and collected at the end of each trip to comply with legislation. 20\. Provide drivers and vehicles for training and maintenance activities. 21\. Conduct both covert and announced monitoring, if necessary. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (preferred); Minimum 6 months, preferably 1–2 years of experience in this role or a similar position.
