We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to work in Jundiai/SP. Responsibilities: * Serve as the liaison point between Ambipar and Coca\-Cola FEMSA managers; * Lead Ambipar's operational teams assigned to the facility; * Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor employee productivity; * Ensure proper handling, segregation, storage, and disposal of waste generated by the factory; * Conduct people management, provide feedback, deliver training, and support team development. Requirements: * Reside in Jundiaí or surrounding area; * Completed high school education; * Availability for overtime (HE); * Prior experience in waste management or related fields is a plus; * Minimum one year of experience as a team leader/supervisor; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
