Administer and verify prescribed medications CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Meet clients' needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; Take over the shift at the scheduled time to monitor client progress and develop a nursing care plan; Attend to clients by performing basic nursing care according to nursing prescriptions, and assist physicians in nursing procedures; Measure clients' vital signs; Prepare materials required for procedures; Arrange transportation conditions for clients and refer them for examinations; Administer the correct medication according to the physician's prescription.
