Administer and verify medications according to prescriptions CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Meet patients' needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; Take over shifts at the scheduled time to monitor patient progress and develop nursing care plans; Attend to patients by performing basic nursing care as prescribed, and assist physicians in nursing procedures; Measure patients' vital signs; Prepare materials required for procedures; Arrange transportation conditions for patients and refer them for examinations; Administer the correct medication according to medical prescriptions.
