Vital signs measurement and material organization CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Meet patient needs by delivering direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; Receive shift handover at the scheduled time to monitor patient progress and develop individualized nursing care plans; Provide patient care by performing basic nursing procedures according to nursing prescriptions, and assist physicians during medical procedures; Measure patients' vital signs; Prepare necessary materials for procedures; Arrange transportation conditions for patients and refer them for examinations; Administer the correct medication as prescribed by physicians.
