Description

Job Summary: Support logistics operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping, ensuring process organization and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in receiving, inspection, and storage routines. 2. Management of inventory control and physical and system-based movements. 3. Support in warehouse organization and compliance with regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support receiving, inspection, and storage routines for materials and goods; * Assist in inventory control, stocktaking, and physical and system-based movements; * Monitor order picking, packaging, and shipping processes; * Issue and verify logistics documents (NF-e, delivery notes, CT-e, loading orders, etc.); * Support transportation control, delivery deadlines, and communication with carriers; * Record information in ERP systems and control spreadsheets; * Support the operational team in warehouse organization and adherence to procedures; * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or delays in operations; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal process standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory, and transportation; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Must reside in Birigui Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
