Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and organization while maintaining kitchen hygiene and adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in kitchen or food production 2. Availability to work on rotating shifts **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completion of elementary education (preferred). * Previous experience in kitchen or food production (advantageous). * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation according to instructions from the chef or supervisor. * Perform pre\-preparation of ingredients (washing, cutting, sorting, and portioning). * Support plating of dishes, snacks, appetizers, and meals. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, countertops, utensils, and equipment. * Sanitize food, utensils, and areas in accordance with health surveillance regulations. * Monitor proper use of supplies to prevent waste. * Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods. * Follow technical specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures. * Use PPE correctly and comply with occupational safety regulations. * Report any irregularities or need for replenishment to the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Category salary; * Meals at the company \+ Basic Food Basket (in products); * Transportation allowance (VT) or Fuel Allowance (Flash); * Health Insurance Plan (voluntary enrollment after 90 days) \+ Dental Insurance Plan (voluntary enrollment after 90 days); * University partnership agreements; * Birthday gift.
