Responsibilities: * Answer emergency calls via channels 190/193; * Register caller information in the Dispatch Service System; * Conduct service interactions in a technical, empathetic, and agile manner with the public, expressing oneself clearly and objectively, both in written and spoken language; * Perform service interactions following standardized procedures by consulting the corporate database provided; * Be accountable for service compliance and quality; * Remain calm and tolerant when facing situations outside previously established procedures and training; * Adapt to customer service standards and regulations.
