Contribute to the well-being of employees and customers We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and committed **General Services Assistant** to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and preservation of our facility. The professional will be responsible for keeping the environment consistently clean, pleasant, and well-maintained, directly contributing to the well\-being of employees and customers. Main Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, restrooms, common areas, and other premises * Organize and maintain the arrangement of indoor and outdoor spaces * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, adhering to waste segregation guidelines * Ensure the preservation of furniture, utensils, and equipment within the facility * Identify and report to management any maintenance or repair needs * Assist with minor operational support tasks as requested * Use cleaning products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly Requirements * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Prior experience in cleaning and preservation roles is a plus * Availability to work according to the facility’s schedule * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment * Professional personal appearance * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions Desired Profile * Proactive individual with attention to detail and strong organizational sense * Careful and conscientious regarding the work environment * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks What We Offer * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Meal or food allowance * Formal employment registration under CLT regulations * Respectful and collaborative work environment Compensation: R$1\.750,26 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
