EXPORT AND IMPORT ANALYST - Savassi

A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking an Export and Import Analyst in Belo Horizonte (Savassi). With a focus on technology and design, it aims to efficiently meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing import and export operations, as well as supporting domestic commercial and logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and excellence in service to national and international clients. Coordinate export and import processes (orders, documentation, shipment, and delivery). Prepare and verify documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin, among others. Monitor customs clearance procedures with customs brokers. Interface with freight forwarders, carriers, and international clients. Monitor production and shipment schedules. Control logistics and foreign exchange costs. Ensure compliance with customs legislation and Incoterms. Support the commercial team in processing domestic orders. Track invoicing, delivery deadlines, and internal logistics. Interface with Production Control (PCP), shipping, and finance departments. Provide support in serving national clients. Update orders and registrations in the system (ERP). Assist in inventory control and product availability. Bachelor's degree required.
