If you enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative, welcoming, and engaging environment where you are encouraged to grow professionally, then Ingram Micro is perfect for you. **Who We’re Looking For:** • Proven experience in data engineering projects, with hands-on involvement in developing, integrating, and maintaining production data pipelines. • Solid knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, ELT/ETL, data orchestration, and data governance tools and practices. • Practical experience with the Databricks platform, applying best practices for performance, scalability, and security. • Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, contributing to architectural decisions alongside leaders and specialists. • Collaborative mindset, actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and driving the team’s technical quality. **Responsibilities:** * Technically contribute to data engineering projects, supporting planning, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions. * Implement data architectures and pipelines on Databricks, applying best practices for performance, security, and scalability. * Contribute across the full data lifecycle for AI and Analytics—from ingestion through to availability. * Support data engineering project management by collaborating on scope, timeline, and deliverable tracking with leaders and specialists. * Follow and promote team-defined processes and standards, advocating for best practices and suggesting improvements. * Apply data security and governance—including encryption, access control, and compliance with regulations such as LGPD and GDPR. * Collaborate on innovation initiatives, participating in research and testing of new solutions and technologies. * Attend client meetings to support the team in leading technical discussions, gathering requirements, and resolving issues. * Clearly communicate results and progress to diverse internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. * Direct interaction with Databricks, Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and Data Meshes * Solid knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, ELT/ETL, orchestration, and data governance tools and practices. * Practical experience with the Databricks platform, applying best practices for performance, scalability, and security. **Additional Information:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency * Databricks Professional/Specialty certification preferred * Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Spark; familiarity with Java or Scala is a plus. * Experience with AWS data services such as Glue, Redshift, DMS, EMR, Athena, DynamoDB, and Kinesis. * Experience in Spark performance tuning and optimization * Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Iceberg, and Airflow in production data projects. * Knowledge of cloud security, applying best practices for compliance with LGPD and GDPR. * Practical experience with DevOps tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket. * Experience in technical and business data cataloging, supporting improved governance and strategic use of information * Knowledge of data governance and cost-optimization practices in Databricks environments. **Hybrid Work Model:** 3 days onsite and 2 days remote \- Barueri Unit
