Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, customer prospecting, and sales proposal follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning store-level activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally via PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Follow up on proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes to customers (positive or negative); * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with supervisors on sales origination; * Assist management in planning store-level activities. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
