Maintain quality standards in drink preparation 2. Implement 5S practices at the bar and inspect utensils 3. Prepare drinks according to technical specifications Maintain quality standards through proper drink preparation and expedite customer beverage requests. * Perform 5S practices – wash, clean, and organize the bar; * Inspect the condition of utensils; * Verify the bar's *mise en place*; * Inspect products before serving customers, checking appearance, utensils, etc.; * Prepare drinks according to technical specifications; * Label ingredients and products; * Record spoilage/damage; * Portioning.
