WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT? * Assist in administering and controlling fleet performance results, verifying revenue generated against kilometers driven and operational costs, calculating driver bonuses, and safeguarding the quality and reliability of generated data. * Reconcile extra transportation expenses and submit reports to management. * Follow up with drivers to ensure submission of fully completed forms containing all required information. * Calculate fleet revenue, verifying whether the waybill number and value displayed in the system match the driver’s spreadsheet. * Submit data for third-party or affiliated drivers to the insurance company for registration and release them for loading after their insurance registration has been finalized. * Record information about operational non-conformities in the system. * Conduct analysis and resolution of operational incidents. * Issue RPS (Service Provision Receipts) to release cargo volumes whose incidents have been resolved. * Attend to and guide drivers in resolving operational non-conformities. * Prepare indemnity claims, attaching necessary documentation in the system and completing the settlement receipt. * Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
