Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Sales Assistant to support the department in achieving its objectives by assisting with administrative and operational processes. We seek a professional to serve as a Sales Assistant, cooperating confidently and effectively to achieve the sales department’s goals. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle order progress and generate reports; * Monitor and intervene in the reservation system for negotiations of in-stock vehicles with the sales team; * Track the progress of sales administrative processes according to the checklist of required documents for each stage of billing, credit/financing, insurance, and general payments; * Maintain up-to-date records of ongoing business transactions and sales information; * Monitor financing processes in coordination with the sales team and financial institutions; * Follow up on registrations and processes with banks and finance companies; * Perform administrative tasks supporting dealership operations, such as vehicle inventory control, system data updates, and internal request handling; * Verify, organize, and digitize documents for used vehicles (CRLV, DUT/ATPV, inspection reports, invoices, contracts); * Support the vehicle evaluation and intake process upon arrival at the dealership, ensuring accurate information entry into the system; * Assist in yard organization, ensuring vehicles display correct information and updated visual materials; * Support scheduling of inspections, photos for advertisements, technical preparation, and vehicle delivery; * Collaborate on dealership commercial initiatives, campaigns, and events; * Meet deadlines and internal procedures, ensuring compliance with company and brand policies; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred, preferably in Business Administration; * Prior experience in this role or similar positions; * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite). #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
