**Responsibilities and duties**
What will your responsibilities and challenges be?
* Support the management of the Shared Activities Center (CAC) for the area, ensuring data standardization, generation of performance indicators, and sustainability of the area.
* Manage requests and prepare the Occupational Profile Record (PPP), ensuring current and former employees possess the necessary documents for retirement purposes, complying with INSS requirements.
* Develop Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) by researching relevant content and ensuring dissemination, so employees receive information aimed at raising awareness on occupational health and safety topics.
* Manage Individual Protective Equipment (EPI) control records, ensuring proper documentation of distribution and adherence to usage and replacement criteria.
* Support document workflow within the area, monitoring all compliance-related aspects, expiration deadlines, and budgetary guidelines to assist management in decision-making.
* Conduct onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel, presenting company-established rules and regulations to ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements.
* Assist in organizing events and training sessions, ensuring all resources meet the required needs.
* Address employee inquiries and other matters related to the area.
* Support system entry of required routines, ensuring compliance with e-Social requirements.
* Support management of Purchase Requisition workflows, invoice entries, equipment dispatch for repair and calibration, as well as other area-related services, enabling Safety Technicians to perform tactical activities.
**Requirements and qualifications**
What will we evaluate?
* Technical degree in Occupational Safety – currently pursuing or completed;
* Computer skills: Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Prior experience in the field is desirable.
