IT Project Assistant

Description

Responsibilities: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in information technology, production engineering, management processes, or related fields. * Process mapping and modeling (BPMN), facilitating stakeholder ceremonies, requirements elicitation and analysis, preparation and review of technical documentation, technical training, and presentations. * Knowledge of project lifecycle management. * Knowledge of risk management. * Knowledge of business rules management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Knowledge of technical documentation preparation and analysis. Requirements: Ensure execution of all project lifecycle phases to deliver projects on time and with quality; Maintain effective communication with all parties by conducting regular meetings and preparing and sending progress reports, ensuring stakeholders remain well\-informed and aligned; Monitor project progress and resources, tracking the schedule and organizing resources to ensure delivery within scope and in accordance with the plan; Anticipate and mitigate potential risks by periodically analyzing and monitoring the project, thereby reducing risks and aligning solutions with management before they impact the project; Monitor the quality of delivered solutions by adhering to continuous quality control processes, ensuring deliverables meet standards agreed upon with stakeholders. Gather user\/customer needs; Map business rules and functional\/non-functional requirements; Analyze and map processes; Prepare\/validate demand specification documents; Validate and approve development deliverables; Immerse in business areas to design workflows and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for automation and improvement.
