Job Summary: The Customer Service Assistant will support clients regarding contracted systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines and assisting Field Technicians with administrative and relationship-related tasks. Supporting field technicians and driver support In this **Customer Service Assistant** opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting our clients regarding contracted systems, aiming to meet agreed-upon deadlines, as well as supporting Field Technicians in administrative and client relationship tasks. **To help you understand the role, here are some responsibilities:** \- Responsible for assisting companies with issues related to the company's system usage; \- Responsible for monitoring and handling system-generated alerts, in accordance with guidelines and SLAs agreed upon with each client; \- Responsible for supporting the driver base, assisting with ticket creation and resolving inquiries; \- Supporting colleagues assigned to clients with internal requests. **For this opportunity, you must:** \- Be currently pursuing a higher education degree in any field; \- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; **It would be a plus if you:** \- Have customer service experience; \- Hold a valid Brazilian Class B driver's license (CNH B); \- Have experience with tracking or telematics systems.
