Job Mission Provide administrative support to operations, ensuring organization, data updating, and team support so that processes are executed with quality and agility. Key Responsibilities * Fill out and update control spreadsheets and reports under supervision. * Collect and organize data for the creation of internal dashboards and indicators. * Verify basic information in records, ensuring consistency across different sources. * Maintain organized internal files and controls (digital and physical). * Perform administrative routines as directed by the department, following established procedures and deadlines.
