We believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to creating a safe environment where innovative and efficient outcomes can be delivered for our people and society. **Responsibilities and Duties** In this **Senior Software Developer** role, you will join the **CRM Sales** team, whose **objective** is to **streamline the sales journey by providing the necessary tools to sell more, better, and faster—while maintaining high-quality user experience**. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; * Conducting discovery sessions to understand business rules and design scalable solutions; * Developing solutions and addressing root causes of squad needs; * Monitoring alert channels, identifying bottlenecks, mitigating them, and proposing solutions; * Building new features while ensuring full traceability and observability across the development lifecycle; * Collaborating with other engineering teams to build and maintain products focused on our customers; * Exercising autonomy and flexibility, while taking responsibility for delivering software capable of handling massive request volumes with high availability—and generating meaningful impact for our business; your internal career path will follow the T-shaped professional philosophy, allowing you to engage with multiple domains throughout your journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of application design patterns (especially APIs and messaging) and code versioning; * Experience with cloud infrastructure; * Strong expertise in NodeJS (JavaScript and/or TypeScript); * Experience developing software, preferably using microservices architecture; * Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices; * Attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability, and performance; * Experience with agile methodologies and agile practices (e.g., TDD, Pair Programming, CI, CD); * Knowledge of observability; * Proficiency in Git. **Nice-to-have (Differentiators):** * Experience with systems that provide and/or process very large databases with high performance; * Knowledge of AWS Cloud. **Additional Information** **More about OLX Group:** Operating in Brazil since 2010, OLX Group’s mission is to empower people to achieve their dreams by reinventing consumption models.
