Your Responsibilities: * + Engage existing partner real estate agencies to sell the advance payment product to their agents + Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentation, handling objections, and closing + Conduct high-frequency consultative calls with full focus on conversion + Drive engagement of real estate agency teams with the product + Keep pipeline and CRM consistently updated ✅ What We’re Looking For: * + Experience in B2B sales (financial sector experience is a plus) + Closer profile — you close deals, not just present them + High performance in phone and video sales + Strong organization, discipline, and sharp communication skills + Knowledge of SPIN Selling or cross-selling is a plus Pinheiros, São Paulo Contractor (PJ) · 4 days onsite \+ 1 day remote 30 days of paid leave * Hunter profile. * Knowledge of SPIN Selling will be a differentiator. **Contractor (PJ) Agreement:** **Work Model:** 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote; **Paid Leave:** 30 days off to recharge; **Innovative Environment:** Collaborative culture, focused on learning and growth. * **Location:** Pinheiros \- SP
