Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and installation of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment, diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical failures. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration equipment 2. Focusing on analysis and resolution of mechanical problems and electrical controls 3. Working with planning to prevent future issues * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and installation of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment; analyze and resolve mechanical and electrical control issues of equipment in the short, medium, and long term; collaborate with the company’s planning and management departments to resolve technical and mechanical equipment issues and prevent new service calls and future problems; ensure proper equipment operation. * Diagnose and repair industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and return them to operation, performing performance adjustments, detecting and correcting electrical and mechanical faults according to technical drawings, project specifications, and technical standards, under conditions of quality and safety. * Bend, weld, countersink, and flange pipes. * Perform brazing of piping. * Fabricate pipelines and siphons, insulate piping. * Conduct pressure tests and electrical circuit tests. * Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential or existing issues. This may involve analyzing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to determine whether they are operating correctly. * Install and secure condensing and evaporating units; interconnect units and components. * Evacuate and dehydrate refrigeration circuits. * Measure superheat and subcooling. * Charge systems with refrigerant fluid. * Replace compressors, electronic boards, and controllers. * Replace bearings and mechanical components. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications: * Mechanical Engineering, Technical Course * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Technical Course Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel * Company vehicle * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Parking * Corporate mobile phone
