Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring environmental comfort and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 2. Contributes to the comfort and safety of hotel environments. 3. Supports maintenance routines in accordance with quality and safety standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment; * Monitor system operation, identifying faults and adjustment needs; * Carry out repairs and component replacements, when necessary; * Ensure proper equipment operation, contributing to hotel environmental comfort and safety; * Support unit maintenance routines, following quality and safety standards. **SKILLS** * Technical course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Certification to handle refrigerant gases, and, in some cases, NR-10 (Electrical Installation Safety) and NR-35 (Working at Heights) certifications; * Prior experience in installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems, preferably with knowledge of various system types (residential, commercial, and industrial); * Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, proficiency in using refrigeration-specific tools, and welding techniques; * Flexibility to work varied shifts and, occasionally, respond to emergency calls. **WE OFFER** * Collaborative work environment * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness programs).
