Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance services on machines and equipment, including industrial refrigeration systems, and assists in equipment installation. Conducting rounds, inspections, and completing Check Lists Your responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance services on machines and equipment according to work orders and technical, environmental, health, and safety standards. * Disassembling components requiring repair and replacing damaged or worn parts; testing machine operation and performing necessary adjustments and calibrations. * Performing repairs and adjustments on motors in industrial refrigeration systems—including fans and air conditioning units—and conducting tests, inspections, and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on refrigeration systems. * Assisting with balancing of air and hydronic systems. * Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and strict adherence to maintenance norms and procedures. * Accompanying third-party contractors and manufacturers during site visits to equipment and facilities to gather information regarding optimal usage and performance. * Conducting rounds and inspections. * Collecting data and completing Check Lists for environments and equipment. * Operating refrigeration systems and related equipment (e.g., chillers, cooling towers, etc.). * Installing duct branches, assembling refrigeration piping, and performing other related tasks in refrigeration systems. * When assigned to construction sites, assisting in equipment installation and interconnection with ductwork and hydraulic networks.
