Job Summary: You will work at a spinning studio, providing customer service, handling sales, and offering operational support during classes, ensuring smooth studio operations and student satisfaction. Check-in management, inventory control, and cash register closing * Work schedule: rotating 6x1 shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:50 PM; weekends, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM — day off on either Saturday or Sunday * Salary: R$ 1.800,00 + performance-based bonus Benefits: Transportation Voucher (R$12.00/day) + Food Voucher (R$111.37/month) + Meal Voucher (R$30.83/day) + sales bonus Responsibilities and Duties: You will work at a spinning studio in Aquarius, providing customer service, handling sales, and offering operational support during classes: perform student check-in before classes, introduce the studio to new customers, and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp; sell class packages both in person and via WhatsApp; manage inventory: monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed; close the cash register; assist students inside the classroom; prepare the studio environment (turn on sound system, connect microphone, adjust air conditioning); and sanitize equipment between classes. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Education Level: High School — Completed — Mandatory Computer Skills: - Microsoft Office Suite — Basic — Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: Prior experience with front-desk routines. Sales experience is a plus. Must reside in São José dos Campos or Jacareí.
