Responsible for performing new building installations and maintenance, including plumbing, fire protection, sewage, construction, and repairs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**: Responsible for performing new installations (infrastructure, plumbing, fire protection, and sewage) according to demand generated via Work Orders, contributing to the proper functioning of the Institution; Close Work Orders in the MV system upon completion of requested services; Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to execute building-related services; Construct walls, floors, ceilings, and slabs according to blueprints or Work Orders; Specify masonry materials used in corrective maintenance; Supervise building services performed by third parties; Comply with requirements for ONA (National Accreditation Organization) and Sanitary Surveillance evaluations; Maintain cleanliness, conservation, custody, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace, keeping it clean and organized; Adhere to procedures, statutes, regulations of the Institution, and applicable legislation; Thermal service: chlorine dosage; General piping; Mechanics; Painting; Thermal monitoring; Air conditioning; Electrical work, etc.
**Education**: High School Diploma
**Experience and Qualifications:**
Experience in construction and repairs;
Knowledge of measurements, plumb lines, drawing interpretation, etc.
