Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing maneuvers, monitoring quality, and carrying out repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and refrigeration installations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maneuvers and repairs on electrical and refrigeration systems 2. Monitoring and maintaining various building and operational facilities 3. Managing and validating third-party maintenance services Perform maneuvers on transformers / transformer switches, electric power generators, battery chargers, electric/gas forklifts, air conditioning / refrigeration systems. Monitor the quality of electrical installations, machine rooms, cold rooms, display cases, islands, hydraulic, mechanical, building, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure safe and proper operation. Ensure proper conservation of materials, tools, and equipment under one's responsibility. Inspect operational equipment installations in the store, warehouse, and cold rooms, and perform necessary repairs. Monitor, control, and clean water tanks; maintain and repair lightning protection systems. Carry out preventive maintenance on power generator sets, transformers, primary switchgear cabinets, substations, and retighten electrical panels. Receive and evaluate all maintenance services provided by third parties, approve budgets jointly with the store management, and validate service completion. Understand the risks associated with one's activities and the corresponding control measures, aiming to eliminate risk sources (hazards) in the workplace and unsafe behaviors. Combat waste through reduction, reuse, and recycling of materials and products. Comply with company standards and procedures, respecting ethics and organizational values. Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position.
