Job Summary: The professional will perform various maintenance and improvement services for facilities, including building infrastructure, equipment, and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Implementation of guidelines for maintenance optimization 3. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts and mechanisms * Perform diverse maintenance and improvement services for civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other facilities. * Carry out building maintenance and equipment maintenance. * Perform electrical maintenance, air conditioning, telecommunications, carpentry, joinery, internal surveillance circuits, plumbing, cleaning, automotive transportation, and building conservation. * Implement procedural guidelines and establish priorities to optimize maintenance methods and resources. * Possess general knowledge of parts and mechanisms comprising mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the ability to install them when necessary, enabling inspection of the quality of service provided by colleagues. * Perform diverse maintenance and improvement services for civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other facilities.
