Performs painting, carpentry, and air conditioning services Seeking a professional to work as a Building Maintenance Assistant with experience in: building maintenance, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct diagnostics and repairs of electrical systems including lighting, outlets, distribution panels, and electrical equipment; * Replace defective components such as circuit breakers, switches, cables, light fixtures, and shower heater resistors; * Identify leaks and repair water and sewage piping; * Clean and maintain grease traps; * Ensure valves, faucets, and shut-off valves function properly; * Maintain water heaters and pumping systems; * Perform structural repairs to walls, floors, and ceilings as needed; * Carry out gardening maintenance; * Perform painting, carpentry, and air conditioning services **Requirements** * Electrical (Preferred) * Hydraulic (Preferred) * Air conditioning cleaning and maintenance (Preferred) * Minor Repairs (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
