As a Refrigeration Assistant at NEWSET, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for those just starting their careers or seeking to enter the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning field. Prior experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and development to build your technical skills. Key responsibilities: * Assist with air conditioning maintenance; * Clean equipment; * Use tools; * Assist with parameter measurements; * Assist with service order (OS) completion; * Use maintenance software. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Experience in the field, or coursework in Refrigeration and/or related areas.
