Teamwork in a proactive and organized environment **Position: Refrigeration Helper** **Job Description:** Responsible for assisting the refrigeration technician in installing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air\-conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in installing air\-conditioning units, cold rooms, and refrigeration equipment * Support preventive and corrective maintenance * Sort tools and materials required for tasks * Clean equipment and parts * Accompany technical tests and diagnostics * Follow workplace safety regulations **Common Requirements** * High school diploma completed * Basic course in refrigeration or electricity preferred * Willingness to learn (highly valued!) * Availability for fieldwork * Basic knowledge of tools **Ideal Profile** * Proactive * Responsible * Organized * Team player Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Compensation: R$2\.158,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
