Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining organization, hygiene, and proper functioning of facilities by performing cleaning, maintenance, and support tasks across various areas. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining hygiene and organization across all company departments 2. Ensuring the preservation of utensils, food, and green areas 3. Providing support in production and emergency procurement when necessary **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; * Minimum 6 months of experience in General Services is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee for employees and visitors; * Maintain domestic and cleaning utensils in good condition, requesting replacement whenever necessary; * Monitor daily food usage and request replenishment as needed; * Clean and organize the cafeteria according to hygiene requirements; * Keep restrooms clean at all times; perform cleaning twice daily, in the morning and afternoon F04\-PG15; * Clean and organize all company areas to ensure hygiene, appearance, and order; * Maintain the garden by conducting cleanings twice weekly and watering plants; * Ensure air-conditioning filters in all areas remain clean, and record cleanings on F02\-PG15; * Request mineral water as the cooler empties; * Conduct weekly inspections to eliminate potential dengue mosquito breeding sites, documenting and reporting possible sites to responsible personnel; * When necessary, support production by assembling parts, performing rework, or handling small emergency purchases.
