Opportunity for technical and professional development ### **We seek professionals to join teams dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance of their operational facilities, ensuring safe, organized, and functional environments.** **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: * Air conditioning systems; * Electrical installations (lamp replacement, outlets, switches, etc.); * Hydraulic systems; * Structured cabling and telephony; * Fencing, furniture, partitions, and various structures; * Installation and support for auxiliary equipment (projectors, TVs, etc.); * Layout modifications, painting, masonry, carpentry, and adjustments to raised floors and carpets; * Support internal events and drills; * Assemble, disassemble, and repair furniture; * Perform other facility maintenance activities of similar nature and complexity, aiming for full facility functionality. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical education in fields related to facility maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and general maintenance services; * Experience in repairs, installations, and upkeep of corporate environments; * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on safety. ### **Advantages:** * Additional courses or certifications in electricity, air conditioning, or cabling; * Experience in large-scale enterprises or industrial environments. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Collaborative team and structured environment; * Opportunity for technical and professional development; * Competitive benefits package. ### **Willingness to travel during the workweek is required.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to travel * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Medical assistance * Hazard pay
