Responsibilities include supervising third-party contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance), controlling operational budgets, and coordinating building repairs. This professional serves as the link between daily operations and corporate strategy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Vendor Management:** Administration of contracts for reception, cleaning, landscaping, security, CCTV, alarm systems, building maintenance, and others. * **Building Maintenance:** Monitoring of electrical, hydraulic, and structural requirements, including equipment such as air conditioning, in coordination with the building maintenance team. * **Budget Control:** Tracking of costs and expenses, and requesting quotations for improvements. * **Security and Infrastructure:** Monitoring of security systems and assurance of quality and sustainability standards (CCTV system, alarm, turnstile, electronic gate, and others). * **Various Administrative Activities:** Management of UBER Business, Correios (Brazilian Post Office), asset management, and others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed degree in:** Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. * Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), maintenance practices, and safety regulations. * Effective communication skills, resilience to handle unforeseen events, and networking ability. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance / Food Voucher \= BRL 794.20 Amil Health Insurance: F120 \- Regional \- No monthly fee, but co-payment applies.
