Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling, overseeing, and supervising the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems and electrical installations, with a focus on ensuring safety and maintaining active communication with management and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule and supervise maintenance of air conditioning systems and electrical installations 2. Monitor performance indicators and interface with management and clients 3. Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment Responsible for scheduling, overseeing, supervising, and guiding teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance on air\-conditioning systems and electrical installations. Monitor team performance indicators, maintaining active interface with management and clients. Ensure correct usage of PPE, tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
