Job Description: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medium- and low-voltage systems as per work orders; operate primary switchgear cabinets and supervise generator testing; inspect and monitor UPS operation; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment (fan coil units, self-contained units, split systems, etc.); conduct energy consumption measurements; perform building infrastructure inspections and carry out necessary repairs; candidate must be qualified in electrical and air conditioning systems.
