Job Summary: Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information; structure project phases and actionable steps; and manage multiple multidisciplinary projects simultaneously, including BIM. BIM project coordination You will join the **Projects Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Knowledge of **architecture** discipline and complementary disciplines, such as **foundations, structural engineering, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing**; * Collaborative execution based on **projects and guidelines provided by the client**, ensuring technical alignment and adherence to established premises; * Support in **identifying and defining project scopes**; * **Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information** related to project management; * **Structure projects into executable phases and actions**, ensuring organization and clarity throughout activity development; * **Plan, monitor, and administer project schedules and costs**; * **Analyze risks and identify opportunities**, proposing mitigation actions and performance optimization measures; * **Monitor project progress**, resolving issues and guiding teams; * **Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, plans, and reports**; * Perform **BIM project coordination**, ensuring compatibility and integration across disciplines; * Conduct **coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams**; * Demonstrate **capability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and processes**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in project management from conception through delivery; * Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the retail sector; * Strong client-facing and teamwork skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (mandatory), ACC, and BIM Collaborate Pro; * Fluent English for client alignment and validation. **Preferred Qualification:** * Prior experience with retail projects in the apparel segment. **Additional Information** Swile Card – Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday day off Hybrid work model Necessary equipment for performing your job Partnerships with Educational Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
