Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning, sanitization, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, with support in building maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in electrical installations and diagnostics **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and preventive and corrective maintenance on air\-conditioning equipment; * Provide support in building maintenance activities when required; * Carry out tasks related to the position. **Requirements:** * Experience in electrical installations applied to air conditioning systems; * Experience in cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance of air\-conditioning systems; * Knowledge of building electrical systems and dedicated circuits for climate control; * Experience in electrical measurements, testing, and diagnostics; * NR\-10 certification mandatory; * Driver's license category B; Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Licenses/Certifications: * NR 10 (Preferred) Work location: On-site
