Job Summary: Refrigeration Mechanic responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing units and equipment to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform diagnosis and mechanical repairs of refrigeration equipment. 2. Assess component wear and determine replacement necessity. 3. Guide customers and promote maintenance service sales. **About the position:** We are seeking a **Refrigeration Mechanic** to perform diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of units and equipment, ensuring service quality, proper equipment operation, and customer satisfaction. **Key responsibilities:** * Diagnose units through inspection and testing of equipment and/or components * Perform mechanical repairs by disassembling, cleaning, repairing, replacing parts, and reassembling components * Assess component wear level and determine need for repair or replacement * Select and prepare necessary tools and instruments for service execution * Guide customers and promote maintenance service sales when required * Provide on-call support and comply with standby schedules * Register Service Orders in the system * Use PPE correctly * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization (5S program) * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by leadership **What we expect from this person:** * Prior experience in refrigeration mechanics, light vehicle maintenance, yellow line equipment, heavy machinery, industrial machinery, and/or electrical systems * Completed high school education * Residency in Concórdia/SC or surrounding region Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Fuel or Transportation Allowance * SESI and SEST Benefits * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * São Camilo Health Plan
